The service also provides a more personalized experience, as your clients or passengers will be met by a representative who can provide assistance and answer any questions they may have.
Our Meet and Greet service saves you time and hassle, as it allows travelers to bypass long check-in procedures and baggage handling. It usually involves a professional greeter who standby at the arrival hall, ready to meet and greet the international air traveler with an Electronic Welcome Signage.
The service includes a personal escort from the airport’s arrival or departure hall to the gate, as well as assistance with check-in procedures and baggage handling. This is a premium service that may include VIP fast track services, access to airport lounge facilities, and assistance with wheelchair services and bulky luggage*.
Our Terms of service currently only available in Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 from time 1600 – 2000 hrs daily only.
